Yes. Individual homes are our long-standing core business. We build villas for private clients as well as residential and commercial projects for developers and professionals.
Are the site visit and quote free?
Yes. The site visit and the quote are free and without obligation. A detailed technical study, however, is priced separately.
Do you work with an architect?
We work equally well on projects designed by an architect or a project manager. Our technical and methods office coordinates the structural choices with everyone involved in the project.
Do you build pools?
Yes. We handle every aspect of building pools and aquatic areas: foundations, waterproofing, lining, terrace and ancillary rooms.
Are you certified and insured?
Our expertise is backed by several Qualibat certifications. Our public liability insurance and ten-year structural warranty cover damage affecting the soundness of the build for ten years after handover.
